Short answer: Absolutely not. In fact, helping you get fit and lose weight is exactly why we exist! Thinking you need to “train” before coming to a gym is like thinking you need to be healthy before seeing a doctor. We meet you exactly where you are today.

How we make it easy to start:

Step 1: The Assessment. Your very first session is a one-on-one movement assessment with a personalized coach. We look at your current level, goals, and any old injuries to ensure you’re moving safely.

Step 2: The 4-Week Jumpstart. Every new member begins with our 4-Week Jumpstart program. You’ll work with your own coach to learn the fundamentals at your own pace.

Zero Pressure. We aren’t a “cookie-cutter” gym. Our system is built on 15 years of experience in making strength and conditioning accessible, fun, and sustainable for real people—not just elite athletes.

Whether you haven’t exercised in years or you’re just looking for a new home, we’ve got your back. You don’t have to be fit to start, but you do have to start to get fit!

We believe our results speak for themselves, so we don’t feel the need to trap you in a “gym contract.” Your experience with us is risk-free. We offer straightforward month-to-month memberships with no long-term commitments. We want you to stay because you love your progress, not because a piece of paper says you have to.

The short answer? You aren’t paying for access to equipment; you’re paying for results.
