Everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel safe with lifting weights, which I never did before coming here, with the coaching staff watching over us and making corrections. I highly recommend this gym, if you’re new to working out or a seasoned athlete.

Undisputed is like a family, everyone is friendly and encouraging. Truly a life changing experience!

The workouts are thoughtful- they are legit. The message is strength and sustainability. I have never seen such gains and never felt stronger. The coaches are awesome. During my invite there, the members of the gym were positive and actually cheering me on, as well! Good vibes. I absolutely recommend.

What I love most about undisputed is it’s like personal training in a group setting. Everybody has your back,no one leaves you behind. Also that there is a variety of ages, fitness levels and body types. It is a judge Free-zone everyone is equal when you walk through the door!
